Welcome to National Barrel Horse Assn., ARKANSAS-09 District. Our district is comprised of several counties, which are Jackson, Independance, Sharp, Fulton, Randolph & White. We also have members as well from the neighboring state of MO. We are a non-profit organization, comprised of 50 plus members.and we are now in our fifth year and growing strong.
